FAQs

Do you use sleep training or controlled crying?

No. As a holistic sleep coach, support is responsive and does not involve leaving babies to cry or behaviour-based sleep training approaches.

Will this help my baby sleep through the night?

Babies wake for many normal and developmental reasons. Support focuses on understanding sleep, supporting rest where possible, and helping families cope more confidently with night waking.

Is frequent waking normal?

Yes. Frequent waking is common, especially in infancy. We’ll explore what’s typical, what may be influencing sleep, and how to support rest gently.

Do you work alongside breastfeeding or combination feeding?

Yes. Feeding and sleep are closely linked, and support considers feeding, responsiveness and comfort as part of the whole picture.

Is this suitable for newborns?

Yes. Support for newborn sleep focuses on understanding normal patterns, managing expectations and supporting parental wellbeing. We would not try to actively change a newborn's sleep pattern.
