How support works, and pricing
Many families get in touch unsure exactly what kind of support they need, or even where to start. That’s completely normal.
Support with me is flexible, responsive and shaped around you, rather than a fixed pathway you have to fit into. We usually start with a conversation, talk through what’s feeling most pressing, and work from there.
There’s no pressure to book straight away, and no expectation that you have everything figured out before reaching out

From the beginning
While every family is different, support generally follows a similar flow:
-
Getting in touch
You make contact via the website or email, letting me know a little about what’s going on.
-
Talking things through
We clarify what kind of support might be most helpful right now, and whether that’s best offered as a one-off session or ongoing support.
-
Choosing a level of support
Support is offered in a few different formats and levels, depending on what feels right for you.
-
Sessions and follow-up
Support takes place in person or online, with follow-up where appropriate.
There’s no expectation to commit to anything long-term unless it feels helpful to do so.
Format of support
Support is available in a few different ways, depending on the service and your circumstances:
-
One-to-one support, tailored to your family
-
Short-term or ongoing support, depending on needs
-
In-person or online sessions, where appropriate
We can talk through what’s available and what might work best for you before you decide anything.

What pricing includes
Support includes more than just the time spent together in sessions. It also reflects:
-
Preparation and consideration of your individual situation
-
Tailored, evidence-based information
-
Professional experience and ongoing training
-
Follow-up or signposting where appropriate
Levels of support
Across services, support is offered in three levels, to reflect that families need different amounts of input at different times.
While the details vary by service, they broadly follow this structure:
-
Core support
A single session or short piece of support, ideal for focused guidance or reassurance.
-
Extended support
A small package of sessions, allowing time to explore things more fully, reflect, and adjust as needed.
-
Comprehensive support
Ongoing support over a longer period, with space for deeper input and follow-up.
Many families find that the extended level of support feels like the most balanced option — offering enough time and continuity without feeling overwhelming.
Pricing starting points

-
One-to-one support: from £99
-
Extended support packages: from £279
-

Payment options
To make support more accessible, pay-in-3 options are available through Klarna or Clearpay, depending on the service.
If spreading the cost would make support more manageable, this can be discussed when booking.
If you’re unsure what level of support would be most helpful, or whether now is the right time, we can talk things through before you decide anything.
You don’t need to commit straight away, and there’s no pressure to choose the “right” option — we can work that out together.
