Does it work?
Studies have shown that those who practise hypnobirthing techniques during their labour, felt less afraid and anxious, as it can help to manage pain. They are able to use less medication, and have shorter labours.
I cannot promise a pain free birth, but understanding what is happening to your body can help you to feel more empowered in your experience.

We have a beautiful location in Llanfairfechan, 10 minutes from Bangor, and 15 minutes from Llandudno, with lovely transport links, 2 minutes off the a55 expressway.
The Grove is a haven of comfort and coziness and will provide a warm friendly atmosphere while we chat and learn and get to know each other.
Raquel is a fantastic host, who will be providing refreshments throughout, as well as lunch to split our day. We can lounge on the sofas, or practice techniques in the garden - whatever takes our fancy!
